What is the turn around time for photos and video?

Accepted Answer

Approximately within 8 weeks for photos and within 5/6 months for edited movie providing all requested details have been given on time.

Question 2

Do you give Raw data?

Due to filming in HLG log format we do not give raw data, this will need to be edited, but we do give all footage edited.

Question 3

Do you film people sitting at their tables whilst eating?

Accepted Answer

We now avoid doing this, as many guests find this very uncomfortable and we also find ourselves not being able to sit down and have a break and eat. However this can be requested by the customer under our platinum packages, providing we have time, we would usually if possible do pan shots when people are sat eating.
